CAE is hiring an MH-60R Pilot/AvWO as a Contract Instructor based in Nowra, NSW, providing MH-60R aircraft systems and operational procedures instruction to the Royal Australian Navy and the Commonwealth of Australia in classroom, simulator and practical environments. Full time.

Duties
- Deliver academic instruction and full-motion simulator training (briefs and debriefs) for RAN MH-60R courses
- Evaluate and document trainee performance; maintain curriculum, syllabus and testing
- Assist in training device testing and validation; participate in airworthiness boards when requested
- Administrative duties including record keeping, safety and quality assurance

Requirements
- Minimum 500 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew medium helicopter (H-60) or agreed equivalent (recent MH-60R Instructor Pilot or Evaluator Pilot experience desired)
- Minimum 2 years instructional experience in an aircrew training environment on military rotary-wing platforms
- At least one sea-going tour with the USN, RAN or RN
- Previous anti-submarine and surface warfare experience
- Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
- Able to be authorised as a competent simulator instructor (TOFT, OFT and WTT) and assessed as competent to instruct by CO 725 SQN or delegate
- Willing to work overtime and any shift or day as required
